Lake Daumesnil, Paris - France

The Daumesnil Lake is an artificial lake located in the Bois de Vincennes in the 12 th district to the east of Paris , in France .

The Daumesnil Lake is located southwest of Bois de Vincennes. It has a water area of 12 hectares and has two separate islands, the island of Reuilly and Bercy Island , connected by bridges. Island Reuilly features a cave and artificial waterfall with a romantic rotunda due to the architect Gabriel Davioud
